| Pastor
Scott began his marriage ministry in 1996. Believing that there was a
need to pastor to those without a home church, he began offering wedding
services in the Triangle area of North Carolina. In 1998, Pastor Scott
restored St. Eugene’s Catholic Church, in Wendell, NC and turned it into
the White Dove Wedding Chapel. Pastor Scott conducted several hundred
weddings there, before moving on with his ministry, and expanding it to
include premarital counseling.
Pastor Scott has
performed over 550 wedding ceremonies in many different locations, from
backyards, parks, and private homes, to chapels, hotels, historic inns
and even a helicopter.
Pastor Scott’s
ceremonies are joyful, heartfelt, and meaningful. They are customized
for people of all religious backgrounds and ethnicity. He
unconditionally accepts who and what you are and offers total
flexibility in helping couples personalize their day any way they want.
Building on the values of each couples honored past, looking toward a
promising future, and drawing on present meaning and wishes, he provides
a well-planned moment of joy and spiritual warmth.
He has been featured
on television stations including WB, NBC, ABC, CBS, Fox, WRAL, and UPN.
He has also been interviewed by Raleigh News & Observer, New York Times,
Las Angelas Times, Denver Post, and many other papers and magazines to
include The Knot.
Pastor Scott has a
variety of suits and robes to match the tone of your special occasion
including a dark blue or gray suit or a black or white robe. He believes
it is important for the minister to match the wedding setting and
attire.

faiths/beliefs; they have a pastor unable to perform ceremony; their
church does not accept divorce; they want a unique and personal
